Lauren has been with New England Specialty Soils for 5 years, and has over 15 years with our parent company Boucher Construction. Having a strong management background, she serves as our Sales Manager and also works with accounts receivable. Lauren is more than happy to assist you with product information, sales needs, or dispatching.
In June 2018, John brought his 30 plus years of experience in sales and customer service to the company. With a degree in business management from Dean College and a continued education at Bentley University, John brings a wealth of valuable knowledge and a passion for golf to the NESS team.
Jaime is a long-standing member of our team at New England Specialty Soils. He has 25 years of heavy equipment operating experience, and 16 years producing aggregate and custom soils. Jaime is our general manager of yard operations and works diligently to ensure we provide quality and consistent products in a timely manner.
With over 30 years of experience operating heavy equipment, Stephen brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to our operation. He has been with New England Specialty Soils for 9 years, and has 16 years with our parent company Boucher Construction. He currently specializes in the production of our 1/4”, 2mm, and 1mm specialty blends.
Chrissy Rosa
Chrissy brings a wealth of experience to our administrative team. With over 20 years of office work experience and a degree in business administration, she offers a well rounded perspective to her role. She has been with our parent company, Boucher Construction Corp., since 2001. She is willing to work with any of your accounts payable or accounts receivable needs.

Ben Rhodes
Ben is a young and ambitious individual who graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in business administration and looking to make his mark with NESS. In his fourth year with the company he is working in sales, advertising and internet operation with the company.
